Our 2012

Hi! Just a brief overview of OUR 2012. It's been a great year! We've had lots of fun! In June, E got baptized! We put on a play this June. We used our deck as a stage! :-)! Then in October, we had Mom's old friend over. I really like her. I went to my first football game this year. USU vs. NMSU (I think???). Grandma & Grandpa visited us. It was fun to see them. For Halloween, I was Abigail Adams, T was a viking, E a knight, C a cowboy, H a princess, & J a gorilla. I got LOTS of candy (it might take me a year to eat it.)! 

So there's our year in a nutshell.

Rangely, Colorado

We went to Rangely, Colorado last week. Why? Dad had a NIFA thinggy he had to be at. (NIFA is some kind of national flying association.) Anyway, we got to go with him & explore. We there late Tuesday night, so on Wednesday we went to Dinosaur National Monument. We went to the Quarry & saw HUGE BONES and SMALLER BONES (There was fosilized POOP!). On Thursday we found a hike I could do. YAY! Then Dad ate lunch with us & we went back to the airport & watched the NIFA teams compete.There was a bucket (well 2 but 1 that we could see - we were on bleachers) & each team dropped something & closest thing the buckets won. It looked really close but the closest was like 21 FEET! Friday we went home. Stopped at Starvation 1 hour(?).

Smiley Waffle Faces RECIPE

Hi, it's K. Sorry we havn't blogged for a while. We (Me, T, & E) made up this recipe:
SMILEY WAFFLE FACES
* your favorite PLAIN waffles (as many as you want)
* 2 blueberries per waffle
* 1 M&M per waffle
* about 5 chocolate chips per waffle
* peanut butter
* syrup (optional)
Make 2 peanut  butter dots where you want the eyes on the waffle.Stick on blueberries. Make another dot of peanut butter for nose. Stick on M&M. Put chocolate chips in waffle holes to make smile.

If you don't have M&Ms, just use peanut butter.
